* Sales Tax - Applicable on orders shipped to all Canadian addresses, and is already included as part of the Canadian shipping rate (regrettably, eCrater is unable to calculate GST, HST & PST separately).
* Multiple Items - Add items to cart and click "Check Out" button when finished shopping to pay for everything in one transaction (you will save $$ on shipping costs). Items paid separately ship separately. Sorry, no exceptions.

* We ship worldwide from Vancouver, BC Canada. Orders ship within 2 business days of payment.
* Combined Shipping Discount - To save on shipping cost DO NOT MAKE SEPARATE PAYMENTS FOR EACH ITEM! Items paid separately ship separately, no exceptions. However we reserve the right to split large orders into 2 parcels at our discretion (will not affect discount).
* Overseas Shipping Cost - Rates increase quickly when buying multiple items, because there are fewer weight tiers available. Splitting order into 2 purchases may be cheaper to ship overall.
* Shipping Address - Ensure shipping address in eCrater account matches the one used during payment to avoid delays and/or additional shipping charges.
* Tracking & Express Service - Economy service is used by default and tracking is not available. Upgrades to tracked & express range from about $10-$60 additional worldwide, please ask for quote before purchase.
* ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME - economy (default)

USA & Overseas: about 80% arrive within 1.5 weeks (within 2 weeks Nov/Dec) via economy, however sometimes delivery is delayed by Customs, see "Customs" below. Need it faster? See "Tracking & Express Service" above.
* Customs (Non-Canadian Addresses) - Parcel may be held for inspection at your country's border which can cause delays by several days, and in some rare cases by 1-3 weeks (ITALY, ASIA, AFRICA, MID-EAST, SOUTH AMERICA: long delays are more likely). This is beyond our control and should be expected, especially during Nov/Dec. Customer is responsible for any import fees charged upon receipt. Also we cannot lie about the item value, mail fraud is a federal offense.
* Excluded Countries - Due to Canada Customs export restrictions we cannot ship to Belarus, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Somalia and Syria.
* Pick-ups - Paid in advance only. We do not have a storefront, so if you would like to save on shipping we must meet elsewhere in the Commercial Drive area of Vancouver (e.g. coffee shop). Ask for pick-up before purchase so we can edit shipping charge.
* Fabric Chokers - Final Sale. Since they are worn at the neck (which contacts sweat, perfume, make-up and other allergens), they can be considered "intimate apparel" similar to gloves and undergarments. Federal health regulations prohibit returns on these items, so to guarantee customers that they have not already been worn, we cannot take them back.
* Damaged/Defective - May be returned for replacement (when possible) or free repair within 30 days of purchase. Fees may apply after 30 days. Sorry, no exchanges.
*Returns - Fabric chokers, hats, masks, tights, gloves, watches, customized and discounted items are final sale. Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. These include "Made to Order", "Special Order", custom designed and altered/customized items since they are made to your specifications. Otherwise, contact us for RA# and return in original packaging (tissue, pouch, etc.) with copy of receipt within 30 days of purchase.
* Refunds - Shipping costs and Final Sale items are non-refundable. Refunds issued via PayPal ONLY within 60 days of purchase to the email address used during the original payment.
* Higher Quantities - Unless an item is described as "one of a kind" we may have more available and can pull stock from one of our other online shops. Please ask!
* Custom Designs - We can no longer make custom designs from scratch due to heavy workload. But if you see an item you would like to change (different colour stone, more/less beads, etc.) we can usually accommodate. A small design fee may apply.
